What is the Job Return System?

This system provides an opportunity for employees who have left the company due to unavoidable circumstances such as marriage, childbirth, childcare, or elderly care, or for career advancement such as studying abroad or changing jobs, to return to TOMY Group by utilizing their cultivated knowledge, experience and skills.

  1. Have worked as a full-time employee at TOMY Group
  2. The reason for leaving the company is as follows:
  • Unavoidable circumstances such as marriage, childbirth, childcare, nursing care, or a spouse's transfer
  • Career advancement through study, study abroad, career change, etc.

Selection Process Employment will be based on document screening, aptitude tests, interviews, etc.

Accepting department We will contact applicants regarding the departments currently accepting new members.
Employment type The employment status will be full-time.
Working style Flextime system available, no core time
Treatment The employee’s external experience, skills, work style, and performance evaluations during their previous employment will be comprehensively considered, and compensation will be individually determined based on the premise of treatment equal to or better than that during their prior tenure.
