TOMY Group operates under the purpose of "The quality we dedicate to play can make the world a healthier and more vibrant place," and is committed to providing value that starts with "play."
In our "Medium- to Long-Term Management Strategy 2030," launched in 2024, we are promoting business strategies that use regional and age-based axes as growth drivers in response to changes in the external environment, while strengthening coordination with the corporate strategy that supports them. Through these efforts, we are working towards achieving sales of 300 billion yen and an operating profit margin of 10%.
Furthermore, in February 2026, we published a logic model that systematically organizes the value that the "play" provided by our group brings to society.
Regarding social value, we will work towards sustainable value creation by visualizing our goals and progress.
Going forward, we will continue to strive for sustainable growth and enhanced corporate value for our group, while valuing our trusting relationships with all our stakeholders and aiming to achieve both economic and social value.
